Healthy

Whenever i feels like blogging, i just don't really know what to write, because my main point of writing often just a sentence or two. But then people seems to enjoy writing it long. I know i can write long too, but all of those were not the purposes.Don't care, LOL. Because i just write what i feels like writing.Today topic is about.. I DON'T KNOW. Ahha. I am tired actually, i just reached home. Where am i early in the morning? I did something healthy. Well, at least for me, it is. Jogging that is. I have no idea why i do this, maybe got influence with one of my friend which is currently undergoing torturing-style of exercise, in order to get himself a nice body shape.No doubt, Everyone wanted to have a good looking body shape. Me too of course. Urm, i don't really need 6 packs. Just a fit body with no extra fats. Ahha. And another reason would be another friend of mine. There is one part where he said that joining gym is now a trend and sadly, i don't.
*to that someone, no offence. You are helping me in a good way.
Why i say so? Because you kinda stimulate me to feels that i can also get a healthy body without going to gym. Doink.
But then, the main reason is still own self. If you don't want to, nobody can force you and you will be finding a lot of excuses just not to exercise.

CNY is around the corner. And I know for sure, i am going to gain weight during CNY. Therefore i need to cut down some fats now before the arrival of CNY.
So, big clap for myself for taking the first step. I don't know how long will this passion last, but i will try to keep holding on.
Health is the most important thing, without a healthy body, you wouldn't enjoy life to the max.
