Progress version 1.0
As all of you know, i am undergoing the so-called healthy lifestyle. I really do it. Except the part where i 'Shisha-ed'. Sorry, I am so sorry to myself. I will try not to.
I know i am awesome ! LOL
After a week, let me tell you my progress.
Wake up early in the morning, around 8.30 and i get myself ready for my daily jogging session. From the beginning, i run for 8 rounds. And increase few rounds each day. Then, skipping rope, dumb bells and also sit-ups after warming up running at my house area.
As for the food part, I tried not to eat rice because rice contain carbohydrates which is fattening. Only fruits and vegetables for each day, drinking warm plain water.
But then, i know i somehow do wrong on some parts. Without rice, i have low metabolism and so i wouldn't get the energy i needed for my daily activities.
Second week is coming, and i will change my protocol of my healthy lifestyle, shall see if there's any positive progress. Stay awake, stay ahead.
